It all began in the lower Casbah area
In a small shop situated within the adjacent alley of the Ketchaoua mosque, meticulous preparations were carried out with an artisanal touch, ensuring superior quality.
Later, in a modest 40m 2 room
Sarl CASBAH was established in 1999 with the support of ANSEJ and with only four young employees.
Through collective dedication, we achieved the remarkable feat of exporting our first container just a year later.
We have increased to +10,000m 2
Our factory located in Ouled Chebel in the suburbs of the capital, includes the head office, control laboratory, production unit (vinegar, flower water, juice concentrate), storage shed and the entire distribution fleet.
Today, we proudly command a 30%
share of the vinegar market in Algeria, which is predominantly locally produced, with a limited portion being imported.
